Jayro Rivera Pizano joined the Law Office of Robert David Baker, Inc. in 2015. He has exclusively practiced immigration law since being admitted to the State Bar of California in 2013. Mr. Pizano handles a wide variety of immigration cases, including: removal defense, custody redetermination, family-based petitions, adjustment of status, citizenship, waivers, asylum, special immigrant juvenile status self-petitions, VAWA self-petitions, U visas, and T visas. Mr. Pizano has represented individuals before immigration courts, including San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, Adelanto, and Eloy. Mr. Pizano has also represented clients before the Superior Court of California in probate and criminal matter relating to immigration issues.


Mr. Pizano’s diverse cultural background gives him a unique understanding of immigrants and their needs. Mr. Pizano, the son of Mexican immigrants, was raised in the San Jose area in the Hispanic community. During his upbringing, he was exposed to the many hardships and difficulties immigrants face. With the desire of helping immigrants, Mr. Pizano decided to pursue a legal career and focus on immigration law. Mr. Pizano is fluent in English and Spanish.
